To Whom it May Concern:
A roofing contractor must meet three criteria to contract with
our firm. They are as follows: Quality workmanship, on time
completion and competitive pricing. We have contracted with
Iron Horse repeatedly because they are on the job and complete
when they say they will be. In the past years using Iron
Horse we have had very few call backs, if any. Iron Horse has
not deviated from their bid prices as work was completed.
We have had good success using Iron Horse Roofing Company on
our jobs.
Sincerely,
Dana Ennis, President

Dear Company Officers,
I want to take the opportunity to express my sincerest thanks
for a job well done. I had the privilege to have your company
install a roof at my home on May 26, 2001 in Springfield, New
Hampshire.
From the onset of my first call to Meredith to the estimator
who visited my home and left me all the data a potential client
would require to make a decision, my project was handled in a
pure professional manner.
Meredith's assistance was extremely valuable. Knowing that my
situation was not just another installation by a race with the
weather, she assisted my in getting the job done not only in a
professional manner but in a human manner as well.
Although this time of the year is a busy one for your business
and the results from a tough winter I know has your crews and staff
busy. In spite of this and through her knowledge of your business
and your staff, I was able to have my roof installed only a few
hours before the rains came which would have caused further damage
to my home.
Chuck and his crew were the best. Chuck walked me through every
step of the installation, explaining various reasons in detail for
doing this or that.
The courtesy extended by your crews should be and are recognized
by me. Its not very often when someone hires a firm for a job that
all the crew members take it upon themselves to shake the clients
hand after the job was done.
Each and everyone of the people I have mentioned deserve a real
pat on the back and a well done because that is exactly what they
did, a well done job that will justify my calling your company
again for more work and to recommend your company to other friends
and clients of mine that would require the same type of service.
Once again, thanks for a job well done.
Sincerely,
Vincent F. Panaroni

Just a note to say it was a pleasure having your crew work at our
home. They were ALL very pleasant and professional, along with
doing a fantastic job with the roof. You and they should by
commended for the complete package. We have had many contractors
work for us over the couple of homes we have done over and your
crew stands above them all.
Thank you,
David and Wendy Gazaway

Dear Brian Page,
I just wanted to let you know that I feel your roofing crew did a
great job re-roofing our house last week. They had difficult working
conditions: cold temperatures and lots of ice and snow on the roof to
remove along with the shingles. I was impressed that every single
person on the crew was professional. They answered my questions
fully and took into account my requests and concerns. Lloyd and
Randy were excellent as head of the crew and "second-in-command",
respectively. They all deserve a lot of credit and get a lot of
respect from me for working well together and being hard workers!
As a result, I am pleased with the result and have recommended Iron
Horse to many others already. I've heard only positive comments about
the roof and its color. (Because it's a school building, and next
door to Sant Bani Ashram, too, we have quite a few people who will
see the roof over the course of time, and you may have more inquiries
from others in this area interested in a metal roof.)
I am enjoying seeing the snow slide off the roof.

We wanted to send on a note to THANK YOU for the fantastic job you did on the
roofing job on our barn. It is just a great job and really makes the barn.
After so much work to restore this 200 year old structure it's good to have a
quality job on the roof and we're sure it will help this survive many more
years. Although we didn't get a chance to meet them, we believe Lloyd and
his crew were the ones who did the work on this structure. Please thank
them for us, and you can be sure that we will be recommending your company to
whomever we know is looking for this roofing.
Regards
Lynn and Scott McDonald

We recently had the pleasure of having one of your crews install a standing
seam roof on our house. I probably drove the crew crazy with my standing
around and watching all day long, but I was really interested in how the work
was done. I have been around construction most of my life and have watched
or been a part of many building projects and I have to admit I have never seen a
team work together any better than this one. I arrived home after they had
started and asked one of the men who the boss of the job was. I was told
that Frank was in charge. There was never any discussion about which way
something was going to be done, everyone seemed to think the same way and things
just got done. There were several parts that really needed special
attention and they all seemed to work together and know what the other was
thinking. (Wish they had made just one wrong cut or bend just to make me feel
better). We all realize that a good recommendation is the best
advertisement we can get and I can't say enough about your team.
Thanks

Dear Brian,
I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciated Frank and all the guys
on the crew who did our roof. They were hard working, well organized,
and paid attention to all the details. Meredith and Julie were always
helpful on the phone and Randy was able to answer all our questions when he
did the estimate. You're lucky to be able to find such good employees
in today's world. We plan to recommend Iron Horse to our friends and
neighbors.
Best Wishes

Just a note to thank you all for a job well done. We are very happy
with our new roof. It looks great. The poor squirrels slide
right off it. I would recommend your company to anyone. You all
