Anyone considering an investment in something as important and costly as a roof should investigate all of their options.  It is important, however, when making comparisons to compare apples to apples.  Please consider the following MadCow standards:

1. 24 gauge Englert material with Galvalume base and Kynar 500 finish on painted material.  Energy Star compliant paint system that saves energy costs and extends life expectancy of the roof.

2. Ice & Water Shield applied in all valleys, around chimneys & skylights, and on low pitched eaves.

3. 35 year non-prorated written manufacturers warranty on material

4. Three year workmanship warranty

5. 11/2" seam UL tested for structure and uplift.  Option of stiffening ribs as well as single or double lock systems.

6. Backer rod system (a foam rod installed under panels that significantly improves the appearance, drastically reduces noise in windy conditions and adds positive ventilation to the roof system.

7. We use exclusively one manufacturer (Englert) who have their own in-house coil coating line.  No multiple sources to have to trace back should there be a problem.

10. Our employees are fully insured for Workers Comp., General Liability and Auto.  We do not use subcontractors who may or may not be fully covered.
